An exercise session is bouncing into Lichfield.

Boogie Bounce takes place at Darwin Hall at 6.30pm on Mondays.

A spokesperson said: “It’s an exercise class on a mini trampoline and is a complete body workout suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

“It is choreographed to chart music to get you motivated and is low impact on joints and ligaments

“It’s a great way to meet new people, get fit, improve balance and co ordination, relieve stress and loose weight in a friendly welcoming atmosphere.”
