Burntwood Town FC put up a brave effort against high-flying Rostance Edwards, but failed to upset the formbook.

A Luke Woodyatt goal was all Mike Gentles’ men had to show for their afternoon’s work after going down 3-1.

Burntwood will get one more chance to earn themselves some pre-Christmas cheer in the league as they visit Enville Athletic on Saturday (December 21).
