A spokesperson said:

> "Learn practical Buddhist wisdom and meditation techniques to develop a calm, peaceful mind and experience greater happiness and contentment.
>
> "Discover how to remain peaceful and positive, even when life is challenging.
>
> "We sit on chairs and the session includes two guided meditations and a talk. After the class there is time to chat and ask questions while enjoying refreshments.
