The Burntwood bootcamp fitness group

A fitness boot camp launched earlier this month in Burntwood is already proving to be a hit.

Members meet each Wednesday from 8pm to 9pm at Burntwood Leisure Centre’s playing fields.

Sam Corbett, Inspire Fitness instructor, said: “Come along to one of our boot camp sessions to be put through your paces and have a high energy workout.

“It’s a good test of endurance and really energises you midweek.”

The group is open to anyone and costs £5.20 a class, or free for leisure centre members who have classes included in their subscription.
