A Burntwood councillor has spoken out after appearing in a video where a local farmer returned rubbish apparently dumped on his land.

Cllr Thomas Loughbrough-Rudd was captured in [the film](https://twitter.com/TWBFarms/status/1526943041352871936?t=tpS9UJeEBhqz80vL7B5LFQ&s=19&ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk) after bags of waste were found with address details in and then taken back to the property by farm staff

But the independent representative for Burntwood North at Staffordshire County Council told *Lichfield Live* he did not live at the address.

> “This gentleman turned up randomly on the one day I returned to my former partners’ house and dumped a bag I believed had been binned.

Cllr Loughbrough-Rudd said some items in the rubbish bags were in his name – but actually belonged to others.

> “It had a letter addressed to me from a mobile phone company which was the sim I gave to my partner at the time we were together from February, which means it must have been there for some time, and other stuff from members of that household that I shall not disclose.”
