A number of homes in Burntwood have been without internet access and phone lines after a broadband fault.

Sky customers have found services affected throughout the day.

Broadband and SkyTalk have been affected and the company says it is working to resolve the problem.

A spokesperson said: “We are aware of an issue in the Burntwood area which has occured and left customers without services.

“We have engineers working on this and people can keep upto date on the progress via our service status page.”
