FC Firm snatched the Burntwood six-a-side Sunday Premier Division title with a commanding 3-0 defeat of Fortress on a gripping conclusion to the season.

LGCC FC’s destiny was in their own hands, but let the pressure get the better of them, buckling in a 1-1 draw with FC Laser, and subsequently having to settle for runners up spot.

Young Guns will be amongst the favourites for honours next campaign as they stated their intentions with a 7-0 mauling of Chase Riderz.

Scholars FC will be joining One Hit Wanderers in the top flight next campaign after clinching the second promotion spot with a 3-0 defeat of Mellow Yellows.

Real Playaz’ unbeaten record remains intact in the Monday 6-a-side Premier Division as they squeezed past Burntwood AFC by the solitary goal to nil, Definatelymaybe keeping up the pressure with a 3-0 defeat of The Drop Outs.

Burntwood VI will be hoping the 4-0 rout of Lichvegas FC will kick start their First Division campaign whilst Shelfield United demonstrated just why they top the pile in Division Two with a commanding 4-1 victory over The White Widows.

Team Salad and Big Mac continue to go at it hammer and tongue in the final tier, both recording edgy 2-1 wins over Inter Sheep and Underdogs respectively.
