Burntwood Town picked up a valuable point in a 0-0 stalemate at Henley Forest.

Facing one of the Midland Combination Division Two frontrunners, the visitors could have been forgiven for expecting the worst.

But they put their early season defensive woes behind them to pick up a point which leaves them in 11th place with ten points.

Burntwood’s next fixture sees them entertain Enville Athletic on Saturday (September 29).
