# Business to get boost from Lichfield and Tamworth partnership

Lichfield District Council and Tamworth Borough Council have today [announced](http://www.lichfielddc.gov.uk/site/scripts/news%5Farticle.php?newsID=745&ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk) that they are to strengthen ties in support of business in the area.

The two areas are already tied closely together, sharing the same [Policing division](http://www.staffordshire.police.uk/policing%5Fstaffordshire/trent%5Fvalley/?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk) and [unified colleges](http://www.tlc.ac.uk/?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk), amongst others.

Few details were given other than the two services at Drayton Manor and the [think:Local](http://think-local.biz/?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk) web site, a partnership between 8 local authories in Staffordshire and the two Chambers of Commerce.

Councillour Neil Roberts of Lichfield District Council also highlighted the newly relaunched Commercial Property Bulletin as another useful service to businesses in the area.
