# Call for singing shoppers to join Lichfield Mysteries performance

Shoppers at Lichfield Christmas Market will be invited to join in the singing when Lichfield Mysteries present The Nativity.

Players, singers and musicians are currently rehearsing with director Christine Genders.

She explained:

> “The story will be told through dialogue, carols and readings. Actors will perform as the readers narrate the story and singers and musicians lead the carols.”

The Nativity will be presented at the Christmas Market on Sunday (December 12) at 2pm.

Lichfield Mysteries hope that visitors to the popular Market will join them for this short performance outside Lloyds TSB Bank in Market Square
