# Capacity crowd expected for Chasetown FC’s historic FA Trophy tie

Chasetown FC’s FA Trophy tie against Mansfield Town has sold out.

A capacity crowd of 2,000 will now see the two sides battle it out this evening for a place in the semi-finals where Luton Town await.

After the disappointment of seeing the original fixture on Saturday postponed, Scholars supporters will be hoping for another memorable midweek cup night to rival their historic FA Cup win against Port Vale.

Chasetown will also be hoping the extra few days will have boosted striker Gary Birch’s chances of shrugging off an injury that had made him a doubt for the initial game.

Fans are being reminded that Church Street will not be open to drivers without a permit after 5.30pm this evening. Parking will be provided at Chasetown Specialist Sports College instead.
