CELEBRITY chef Rosemary Shrager is set to appear at the Lichfield Food and Drink Festival.

Cookery demonstrations will take place at The Hub at St Mary’s on 24th and 25th August.

The I’m A Celebrity star will be making chicken with pears and chilli salsa and salmon fillets with cucumber and brown fried rice at the events.

A spokesperson said:

> “Rosemary Shrager is one of Britain’s most beloved chefs, known for her vibrant personality, culinary talent, and extensive television career.

> “A classically trained chef with experience under Pierre Koffman and Jean-Christophe Novelli, Rosemary has also run several acclaimed cookery schools and authored numerous cookbooks – most recently Rosemary Shrager’s Cookery Course.”
