# Ceremony to mark anniversary of the end of national service

THE 63rd anniversary of the end of national service will be marked at the National Memorial Arboretum.

The National Service Veterans Associate will host a service on Saturday (16th May).

A spokesperson said:

> “Attendance is open to all veterans, members, bereaved families and descendants of UK national servicemen.”

There will be a short act of remembrance and a wreath laying ceremony at midday.
