# Chance for people to try Tai Chi at classes in Lichfield

PEOPLE are being invited to join a Tai Chi class in Lichfield.

Experienced teacher Robin Taylor will welcome new students to the sessions at the Scout Hall on The Leasowe from 3.45pm to 4.45pm on 8th January.

A spokesperson said:

> “The friendly class will improve your posture, balance and flexibility, strengthen your joints and help you sleep better.

> “Beginners are welcome, including those with restricted mobility.”
