RESIDENTS are being invited to a drop-in advice and support surgery at Burntwood Library.

Help with finances, housing, employment and wellbeing will be on offer from 10am to midday on 22nd July.

Organisations attending include Lichfield District Council, Jobcentre Plus, Citizens Advice South-East Staffordshire, Beat the Cold, Support Staffordshire, Social Prescribers, Bromford Housing Association, Burntwood Be a Friend, Staffordshire Network for Mental Health, Family Hub and Staffordshire Careers.

Cllr Richard Cox, cabinet member for community and public protection, said:

> "We want every resident to know what support is available to them, whether they have a specific issue they'd like advice on or simply want to find out more about the services on offer.
>
> "Bringing so many organisations together in one place makes it easier for people to access trusted information, ask questions and get the right support when they need it."
