PEOPLE are being invited to join a local group’s next outing.

The Tamworth and Lichfield Ramblers will head to Sandon on 4th January.

A spokesperson said:

> “It will be a leisurely seven-mile circular walk starting from Sandon Church, heading to Milwich and back via Coton and Hartley Green.  
>  
> “It is mainly pastureland with some walking along quiet country lanes with some excellent views over the Trent Valley.”
