CHASETOWN took the honours in both of their weekend pre-season fixtures.

The Scholars split their squad for a game at Stafford Town and a home clash with West Bromwich Albion under 21s.

A first half Kieran Fenton free kick was enough to secure a 1-0 victory over the young Baggies.

Meanwhile, there were goals galore in the other fixture as Chasetown ran out 5-1 winners at Stafford Town.
