# Chasetown FC confirm fixture changes

Chasetown FC will see a rare free Saturday in their fixture programme on December 10 due to scheduled opponents North Ferriby United’s progress in the FA Carlsberg Trophy.

Ferriby defeated Corby Town 3-2 on Tuesday and therefore feature in the next round of the Trophy on December 10, and with no alternative opposition available the Scholars first team will take the weekend off. No new date has yet been announced for the restaging of the trip to Humberside.

The Walsall Senior Cup quarter-final against local rivals Heath Hayes will take place on January 10 2012, while the recently postponed Evo-Stik Northern Premier League fixture at home to Northwich Victoria will now be played on February 4 2012 with the home game against Worksop Town moved to April.
