Now Staffordshire County Council has informed residents that the road will shut for more drainage works to take place between July 5 and 8.

An [emergency road closure notice](https://lichfieldlive.co.uk/content/files/portal-roadworks-org/downloads/tm/emerg-ttro-road-closures-167557-3060133.pdf) states that the road will be closed between Edwards Road and Queen Street.
