# City of Lichfield Concert Band set for Guildhall performance

After a highly acclaimed performance in the Cathedral in March, The City of Lichfield Concert Band are returning to the newly re-opened Guildhall.

The City of Lichfield Concert Band

Their Spring into Summer performance on May 23, starting at 2.30pm, will feature themes from Star Wars, Cats and Phantom, as well as classical arrangements like Bach’s Toccatta in Dm.

A spokesperson for the event said:

> “Prepare, too, to be blown away by a quartet from the band’s highly talented saxophone section. Just the ticket to leave winter blues and Iceland ash behind and get in the mood for summer.”
