PLANS to convert a former Burntwood osteopathy clinic into a residential property have been approved.

Permission had been sought for the change of use of the building at 180A High Street in Chasetown.

A planning statement said:

> "Planning permission was granted in 2002 for the mixed-use of the property. The applicant now seeks to regularise the use of the property as a wholly residential dwelling.
