Burntwood Town bagged a vital victory in their bid to avoid the battle at the bottom of the Midland Combination Division Two.

Their 3-1 win at FC Stratform sees them consolidate their position in 13th place in the table.

They can put even more breathing space between themselves and the relegation scrap tomorrow night (April 9) when they travel to bottom side Rugeley Rangers, kick-off 6.10pm.
