The derby between Chasetown FC and Rushall Olympic will have added spice as the two sides square off for a place in the Staffordshire Senior Cup.

The Scholars welcome their near neighbours tonight (April 9) for what is sure to be another combative encounter.

The Pics currently ply their trade a division above Chasetown, but Craig Harris’ men have been in fine form as they close in on a play-off spot.

A [5-0 home win over Carlton Town](//lichfieldlive.co.uk/2013/04/08/five-star-chasetown-fc-keep-up-play-off-pressure-with-carlton-town-win/) provided the perfect confidence boost for the Scholars as they prepare to take on Rushall, who played out a 0-0 draw against Ashton United last time out.

Kick-off at the Scholars Ground is at 7.45pm.
