A theme park near Lichfield says it expects to welcome its 50millionth visitor next month.

The StormForce 10 ride at Drayton Manor

[Drayton Manor Park](http://www.draytonmanor.co.uk/?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk) says it expects the landmark guest to go through the gates in early June.

The visitor will receive a VIP day at the attraction and be handed a five-year season pass, as well as a stay in the presidential suite at the on-site hotel.

A spokesperson said: “Don’t feel disheartened if you aren’t the one to win. We are offering 1,000 50p entry tickets in the days following the announcement of the 50millionth visitor, so visitors can enjoy a fantastic day out with the family for just a fraction of the cost.”
