# Duncan Horler returns to Chasetown FC

Chasetown FC have swooped to bring Duncan Horler back to the club.

The midfielder has rejoined the Scholars from Market Drayton Town and made a brief appearance as a substitute in their [1-1 draw with Loughborough Dynamo](//lichfieldlive.co.uk/2009/10/24/chasetown-fc-1-loughborough-dynamo-fc-1/).

He is the latest addition to Charlie Blakemore’s squad as the Chasetown chief aims to give himself more options.

Blakemore told the [Chasetown FC website](http://chasetown-fc.com/index.php/component/content/article/3-team/102-horler-returns-to-scholars?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk):

> “It’s great to have Duncan back in the side and he will be a great asset to the squad.”

Horler will be in contention once more for the Unibond League Cup clash at Leek Town this evening (October 27), which kicks off at 7.45pm.
