# Free session at Friary Grange Leisure Centre to mark UK Pole Dance Day

Lichfield residents will be able to celebrate [UK Pole Dance Day](http://www.poledancecommunity.com/magazine/521-uk-pole-dance-day-2013?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk) with an event in the city.

Instructor Grace Lycett will be hosting a free two hour session for ladies at The Friary Grange Leisure Centre.

Pole dance fitness sessions have become a popular way to keep fit and the free event will be an opportunity to find out more.

The session runs from 4pm to 6pm on May 4 and will feature performances as well as instruction.
