# Funding deadline approaching for Lichfield and Burntwood groups

Organisations in Lichfield and Burntwood don’t have long to apply for funding from the county crime reduction charity Partners Assuring a Safer Staffordshire (PASS).

Groups have until January 31 to apply for the funds to support a project in the area.

PASS co-ordinator Marie Foskett said:

> “PASS provides small grants of up to £2,000 to projects that aim to reduce crime in their community. The trustees are particularly interested in activities that engage young people and combat anti-social behaviour.

> “Last year, 44 applications made to PASS received financial support from funds donated by Staffordshire Police from the proceeds of crime and from business members of PASS.”
