# Fundraising quiz to kickstart Lichfield Film cinema club

A fundraising night will kickstart a cinema club in the city tomorrow (May 5).

The Lichfield Film group will begin screening films at Minster Hall on May 19 with a showing of documentary Jodorowksy’s Dune.

But before then the group will be meeting tomorrow, from 7pm for a film-based quiz.

There will also be a screening of some short films.

A spokesperson said: “We will be returning to our mix of independent and foreign new release and cult classics, but we are proud to say there is going to be even more this time.

“We are bringing a wider selection of films, short films, talks, presentations from artists and filmmakers, workshops, interactive events and more.”
