# Great turnout for Lichfield Tweetup

It took a fair few tweets but we eventually made it to the first ever Lichfield Tweetup! A good night was had. So good in fact, that almost no-one actually tweeted! We’re just that good at conversation, folks. We got a good crowd, with a total of 9 altogether. A roll call then, I think…

We had [@LichfieldBlog](http://twitter.com/lichfieldblog?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk) also known as Ross who was very friendly and not at all the grumpy old fart some may have imagined ;). There was [@nbrickett](http://twitter.com/nbrickett?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk) our front-line shroving reporter fresh from the battlegrounds of [Netherstowe](//lichfieldlive.co.uk/2009/03/10/clean-up-after-your-human/) and the now infamous St. Patrick’s underpass.

We had [@ShawnCGeorge](http://twitter.com/ShawnCGeorge?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk) who I admittedly didn’t get to talk to, but must do next time along with [@rachelcreative](http://twitter.com/rachelcreative?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk) and [@grovesmedia](http://twitter.com/grovesmedia?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk). Though I wish the latter two had mentioned there eating plans at [1709 Brasserie](http://www.pastichebistro.co.uk/1709-the-brasserie.htm?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk) sooner so I could have gatecrashed!

Last but no means least the quick wit of [@tonypiper](http://twitter.com/tonypiper?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk), impressively sideburned [@sammy\_boy](http://twitter.com/sammy%5Fboy?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk) and Mr Distribution Connections, [@alexstinton](http://twitter.com/alexstinton?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk)!
