Experts are celebrating 25 years of showing people the sights of Lichfield.

A Green Badge Guide leading the secret gardens tour in Lichfield

The Green Badge Guides are celebrating after reaching the milestone.

A team of six currently offer history tours as well as walks with special themes.

Richard King, from Lichfield District Council, said: “Our Green Badge Guides have been showcasing Lichfield’s delights for 25 years, making sure our rich history comes alive for the thousands of people.

“It’s really important to find out about your local history and heritage, and a walking tour is a great way to fire the imagination and find out more.”
