# Half-term leisure activities on offer in Burntwood and Lichfield

Youngsters in Lichfield and Burntwood are being given the chance to get active during the Easter holidays.

Burntwood, Friary Grange and King Edward VI leisure centres are holding play schemes and sports courses from April 6 to 16.

Activities on offer include basketball, swimming and triathlon training.

Councillor Val Richards, Cabinet Member for Leisure Services, said:

> “Local children will be far from bored this Easter as there is so much to choose from, including trampolining and a triathlon training camp. So, whether your child wants to try out a new sport or just improve their skills, there’s an activity course running at Burntwood, Friary Grange or King Edward VI leisure centre this Easter that they’ll enjoy.”
