Professor Roland Rotherham and Master Chef Simon Smith

Historical cookery experts Professor Roland Rotherham and master chef Simon Smith are set for an Easter special in Lichfield.

The Garrick theatre will host the culinary duo as they showcase a sumptuous menu of historical delights which will explore traditional Easter fare during Norman times.

The professor guides the audience through the history of each dish while Simon cooks up each creation live.
