LICHFIELD will face a tough test of their title credentials this weekend when they welcome Walsall to Cooke Fields.

The Myrtle Greens currently sit second in the league, four points behind frontrunners Dronfield.

Tomorrow (1st February) sees them take on fifth placed Walsall who go into the encounter full of form after a four game unbeaten run.

Lichfield enter the fixture on the back of a 35-27 win at Ilkeston.

Elsewhere, the 2nds travel to Nuneaton 2nds.

Both fixtures kick off at 2.15pm.
