Maddy Prior

Tickets to see folk star Maddy Prior in Lichfield are selling out fast.

Only a handful remain for her gig at the Lichfield Guildhall on October 15, where she will perform alongside Bellowhead members Beng Kirkpatrick and Giles Lewis.

A spokesperson for the show said:

> “One of the world’s purest, most magical vocalists can finally be heard in her most natural form, singing the songs that have inspired her and generations of singers before her. While the new generation has taken the mantle of acoustic troubadours and made it their own, this is an opportunity to hear one of the originators at the peak of her powers.”
