LICHFIELD City's league campaign will get underway this weekend when they travel to Lower Breck.

It will be the first time the Trade Tyre Community Stadium side have made the journey after their switch to the Northern Premier League West Division.

New boss Matty Lovatt has made a number of changes to his squad after replacing long-serving City boss Ivor Green over the summer.

He will be hoping his new charges can get off to a flying start in a tough opening day test against a Lower Breck side who finished in the play-off spots last season.

Kick-off tomorrow (8th August) is at 3pm.
