# Lichfield bikers appeal for people to take part in charity bungee jump

People in Lichfield are being urged to take a leap of faith for charity.

The Lichfield Lizards MCC is organising the fundraising bungee jump event at Lichfield Social Club on August 29.

The Jump for Heroes event – which runs from 11am to 6pm – will also see live music, bouncy castles and stalls in aid of [Help for Heroes](http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk).

People wanting to take part will also be able to jump to raise money for their own chosen charities. Participants need to raise £50 to cover the cost of the jump.
