# Lichfield business appoints new managing director

A Lichfield business has confirmed the appointment of a new managing director.

Paul McCann has taken up the position with healthcare technology firm Ascom UK.

He joins from KPMG, and has previously worked for Johnson and Johnson in senior leadership roles.

He succeeds Paul Lawrence, who left in July, and interim managing director Tony Ferguson.

Ascom’s CEO Nicolas Vanden Abeele said:
