A LICHFIELD business is teaming up with a chef to cook up a special event.

Arthur Price will host Simon Smith for a free dining demonstration on 6th June.

The private chef will showcase how to prepare sophisticated, yet quick and simple meals to impress.

Simon said:

> “I love these types of events because of the audience interaction – there are always some really interesting conversations about timings, preparation and always cooking something different.

> “I’m really looking forward to showcasing a selection of sophisticated dishes that are quick to prepare, cook and serve, which will impress.”

The event at the Arthur Price Factory Shop on Britannia Way starts at midday.

James Price, from Arthur Price, said:

> “We all know the pressures of delivering for dinner parties, BBQs or even just small get togethers.

> “Simon makes things look so easy, but I know a huge amount of skill is involved. With a little guidance from him, our customers will learn a few entertaining tips and be more confident in the kitchen.”
