A Lichfield business has stepped in to save an office furniture manufacturer, according to reports.

Sella Office Seating had been in administration for a week, but a deal has now been struck with Lichfield-based The Business Fort, according to [Crain’s Manchester Business](http://www.crainsmanchesterbusiness.co.uk/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20090820/FREE/908209980/1017&ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk).

The Bury firm got into trouble following the collapse of one of its key customers.

But the deal with The Business Fort could secure 27 jobs which were under threat.
