Lichfield City FC’s difficult start to life in the Midland Combination Premier Division continued against Bloxwich United.

A crowd of 120 turned out to see Russell Dodd’s men make their home bow in the top flight, but they were comfortably beaten 3-0 to leave them rock bottom of the table after two games.

Lichfield will get another chance to get off the mark when they entertain Pershore Town on Saturday (August 11), kick-off 3pm.
