Lichfield City FC have swooped for Blackwood striker Jacob Snape.

The forward was instrumental in his side clinching the Midland Combination Division One title last term.

But he has opted to make the move to Brownsfield Park as he seeks a new challenge.

Snape could be in line for an appearance in City’s final pre-season clash against Romulus this evening (July 30).
