Lichfield City FC eased through to the next stage of the Staffordshire Senior Cup with a comfortable victory over Heath Hayes.

Dan Griffiths got Jamie Hawkins’ men off to an ideal start when he tucked home a rebound after a good save from a Joe Hartshorne effort.

Drew Aiton made it 2-0 in the second half before Max Black wrapped up the victory with an effort that went in off the post.
