# Lichfield City FC looking for three more points against Atherstone Town

Lichfield City FC will be hoping they can secure back to back wins when they take on Atherstone Town.

Russell Dodd’s side have had a mixed start to life in the Midland Combination Premier Division, but secured a good three points in a midweek [win over Pelsall Villa](//lichfieldlive.co.uk/2012/08/22/lichfield-city-fc-pick-up-all-three-points-against-pelsall-villa/).

However, they will have a tough task to repeat the trick when they entertain Atherstone Town who have begun the season with four wins and two defeats in their first six games, netting 17 goals and conceding just seven along the way.

Meanwhile Lichfield City’s reserves make the journey to Quorn in the Midland Combination Reserve Division Two.

Both fixtures kick-off at 3pm.
