LICHFIELD City will face a tough trip to Stourbridge for their Walsall Senior Cup quarter-final clash.

Ivor Green’s men take on their higher division opponents this evening (4th February) as they aim to reach the semi-final for the second year running.

City beat Foley Meir on penalties in the previous round of the competition – after the contest finished 3-3 after 90 minutes – and go into the game on the back of a 2-1 win over Uttoxeter Town.

Meanwhile, the hosts edged past Sporting Khalsa with a 1-0 win to book their place in the quarter finals and beat Hitchin Town 3-1 at the weekend in their latest league encounter.

Former Lichfield midfielder Dom Lewis could feature, after signing for the Glassboys over the summer and becoming a regular starter at The War Memorial Ground.

Kick-off is at 7.45pm.
