A Lichfield fashion business has been put up for sale.

The leasehold for the La Boutique store on Market Street is [being advertised for £37,500](http://uk.businessesforsale.com/uk/Superb-Ladies-Boutique-In-Lichfield-Staffordshire-For-Sale.aspx?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk).

And the owners will be hoping to tempt buyers with a turnover figure of £115,000.

According to a statement to potential buyers the business is being sold to allow the current owners to start a family.

“During our client’s ownership she has refitted the shop with stylish and contempary fixtures and fittings which are all bought and paid for and included within the sale price – which is a huge plus for a new owner as additional funds will not need to be spent for some time,” said agents acting on behalf of the owner.

“The business caters for 30-65 year olds but it’s fair to say the core market is 40-55 year olds. They sell clothes, shoes, bags, jewellery and lifestyle items.”

The shop currently employs three part-time members of staff.
