# Lichfield Library hosts preview of Animal Alphabet ahead of Garrick show

Children have been taking a walk on the wild side at Lichfield Library.

Actress Nicky Kemp brought a preview of her Animal Alphabet Show to the city ahead of its performance at the Garrick on August 25.

As well as creating animal masks, the children learned to make the sounds of the wild, from the roar of a lion to bleat of a giraffe.

Animal Alphabet began as a six part series on the BBC and is aimed at three to seven year olds.

A spokesperson said: “The interactive show at the Garrick is all about good rhymes, good times and bundles of audience participation.”
