A Lichfield marketing company is offering an opportunity for graduates and students to get their foot in the door of the jobs market.

Reeves Green is offering up a summer internship and 12-month apprenticeship at their city centre offices.

“Applying for your first job can be a daunting and difficult process,” said director Graham Green. “Which is why we’re going to make it as easy as possible.

“We’re not looking for specific experience or qualifications – we’re simply looking for enthusiasm, creativity and initiative.

“Rather than ask for CVs, we’re asking applicants to book an interview time and bring something that inspires them. You’ll have 20 minutes to talk about your object and explain what qualities you’d bring to the Reeves Green team.”
