# Lichfield Mysteries plans fundraising quiz night

A quiz night with fish and chip supper is being arranged by Lichfield Mysteries.

The event, a fundraiser for the 2012 Mysteries, is on March 12 at St Mary’s Centre, Market Square, Lichfield.

Mysteries’ Council member Ann Mayo said:

> “Cutbacks in Arts budgets mean we may not get as much in grants as usual, so we are planning several fundraisers to help pay for the event.

> “Quiz nights are always popular, but we thought we’d combine it with a fish and chip supper from the award-winning chippy The Alrewas Fryer.

> “Teams of four are invited, at a cost of £10 per person. There will be a licensed bar and a raffle and there are alternatives for people who may not want fish.”

There is space for 25 teams, so early booking is advised.
