Bosses at a Lichfield retirement living development are celebrating after scoring a five star satisfaction rating.

[Stowe Place](http://www.mccarthystone.co.uk/stowe-place?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk) on Rotten Row received the results in an independent survey by the Home Builders Federation (HBF).

David Meachem, divisional sales director for developer McCarthy Stone, said:

“We are delighted to have been awarded the full Five Stars from HBF.

“It is a true testament to the Stowe Place team’s commitment and dedication in providing the very best service and products for our homeowners, and it is an honour to be given this prestigious accolade.”

Stowe Place features apartments for the over 70s and the development also includes a chef-run bistro and communal lounge.

Prices start at £286,695 for a one-bedroom apartment and from £390,195 for a two-bedroom property.
