# Lichfield shopping centre fully let after business agrees lease on city unit

A NEW business is coming to Lichfield in a move which will see the city’s shopping centre fully let.

Gacha Claw has agreed a deal on 16a Bakers Lane in the M Three Spires.

The business will feature a venue serving bubble tea and light bites alongside colourful claw machines alongside a party room.

Catheen Leung, from Gacha Claw, said:

> “We’re excited to become part of the vibrant M Three Spires community and contribute something positive to Lichfield.”

The agreement on the unit means the site is fully let after Co-op Travel took a ten-year lease on 31 Bakers Lane and Savers opened on a similar length deal in the former Bodycare shop at 22 Bakers Lane.

The centre’s owner M Core has also extended the lease with Sports Direct for another five years.

It comes as footfall figures reveal a 2% increase in shoppers, with more than 2.4million visits recorded in 2025 – and an year-on-year increase of 10% in December compared to the same month in 2024.

Barry Flint, director and asset manager for M Three Spires, said:
